Works Scheduling/Planning Administrator – Maidstone – £23,000 – Temp to Permanent
My client is a leading provider of utilities services and is looking for Works Scheduling/Planning Administrators to join their busy team in Maidstone.
With good customer service skills, you will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be involved in works coordination, production of quotes, taking payments and a whole range of other duties.
With strong communication, organisation and good IT skills you will ideally have some experience in resource planning and may even have a background as a taxi operator, an emergency services operator, courier/delivery planner, or similar fast paced environment.
Working hours: 2-week rota, Week 1 Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.00 and Week 2 Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00.
