Data/ Workforce Analyst- Home based- Permanent- £30- £39k pa I have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Capacity/Workforce Analyst to join a very large consultancy where you will support clients with their capacity/workforce plans. The job role and what it entails; -Prepare forecasts and capacity plans for operations groups: all processing and non-processing locations (contact centres and back office) -Continuous development and automation of capacity plans -Partner closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimise performance -Provide support to the Group teams in all bid modelling; scenario analysis, data evaluation, and business case justification. -Work closely within the planning team to gather input, including. but not limited to: forecasts, trends, stakeholder/customer surveys -Develop proposals and present to stakeholders and executives for input and approval -Incorporate approved business plans into divisional annual objectives -Coordinate to validate results vs. objectives -Identify and research internal/external factors and trends that influence performance or business models in the short or long-term -Refine systems and methods to continually improve plans so that the organisation can better anticipate customer needs -Assess existing capacity and develop operational plans and forecasts based on future demand – producing MI and reports as required both via rotational frequency and via ad hoc request. To be considered we are looking for an experienced workforce planner with a track-record & passion for data and interpretation. You will need strong communication and organisation skills and will be heavily motivated by seeing results.
