TELESALES EXECUTIVE – WEST MIDLANDS
FULL-TIME – PERMANENT – £18,000 – £23,000 (OTE £23,000 – £28,000)
STR Group are working with a leading telesales and telemarketing company and are looking for a number of Telesales Executives to join a busy and successful team in the West Midlands.
Essential criteria for this position is as follows:
Demonstrable experience within telesales within B2B
Target driven (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
Proven ability to make a high volume of calls
High persuasive and resilient attitude
Experience of using MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A minimum of GCSE’s in Maths and English
Ideally you will have experience of SME’s.
Our client is based in Wolverhampton and they are a leader in their field. Your role will be to generate new business and expand current business on a specific account, which will see you contacting Businesses to sell them the benefits of their product. You will also have responsibility for customer retention too. In order to do this, you will have targets for new sales calls, existing customer contact calls to ensure retention and to explore the opportunity to increase the offering to the customers.
Salary on this position is between £18,000 and £23,000 and will be dependent on experience and suitability. On top of this is a commission and bonus scheme which can offer with on target earnings of £1,250 per quarter (£5,000 per year), however this is uncapped and earnings can be in excess of £15,000 commission per annum. You will also have a range of other benefits including pension, private healthcare, life assurance and much more.
