Team Coordinator- £150 a day LTD- North Hampton- Contract- Full time
My Client has released an exciting opportunity to join their team in North Hampton, on a contract basis. The role will support teams by undertaking a range of key tasks and responsibilities to help deliver key performance indicators. This role supports the system for controlling access to the client’s circa 8,000 site portfolio. By being a member of a small team managing the process for the pre-accreditation of companies and individuals to use our access system.
The role will manage the process of assessing new applicants, enabling them to use their system and managing the data and records of existing users.
The team also manages the issuing and temporary loan of keys and access cards and providing access to vetting services for certain staff required to access higher security locations
Co-ordinate various projects to ensure key activities and milestones are met
Operate a range of team processes to ensure key performance indicators are met
Provide support to the team by managing complex tasks
Maintain records, databases and reports as agreed with the team
Arrange for payment of invoices, expenses and approvals
Deliver a range of activities to tight timescales
Manage conflicting priorities to ensure all deliverables are met
Experienced in basic financial administration and financial processes
Experienced in recording and managing sensitive and critical data
Capable of confidently communicating information in a clear and concise manner.
Methodical filing, referencing and strong analytical skills
Capable of building, maintaining strong rapport with internal stakeholders, clients, and Operational Teams within the client.
Effective communication, influencing and persuading abilities/skill.
