Voice & Telecoms Service Desk Manager- Contract – Cambridge
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager . The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management and service delivery of the voice networks provided by the trust . along with the long term planning and implementation of voice infrastructure , solutions and technical support provisions of the network including procurement and design of solutions.
Significant experience of managing voice & telecoms services within a large hospital
Managing of a technical and multi disciplinary team
Managing of a large network infrastructure
Production of management information & performance reports
Voip engineering skills
Significant line management exp including training and development of staff, on call working and performance management
