1st Line IT Support / Service Desk Analyst – Marlow – Permanent – Full Time
STR Group are pleased to consider applications for the position of 1st Line IT Support / Service Desk Analyst working for our Aerospace client based in Marlow on a Permanent basis.
In order to be considered you will need to have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ Service Desk experience.
Candidates must possess technical skills and experience of supporting the following areas at first line level: Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 and Active Directory.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
Experience of working within a structure service delivery framework desirable.
Candidates who have an ability to logically and methodically diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Our famous aerospace client is based in Marlow. The base location is Marlow, but you will be required to travel to the Chesham site also. (All travel will be paid between the client’s sites). This is a Full Time Permanent position working in Marlow.
