Second Line IT Support
A client of ours in Harlow, Essex is looking for a Second Line IT Support to join their busy team for a period of 9-12 months initially with a possibility of developing into a permanent position, you will be working within the IT department which consists of 20 people who support around 700 users with 200 based locally.
Duties/Typical Day:
Full training will be given, but once shown will be working on:

* Migrating employee data from one PC to another – Backing up data onto a server
* Building PCs
* End user support
* Deploying Office 365 and Windows 10
* Log the calls on to the ticketing system
* Setting up VPNS’s
* Deploying new printers on the LAN & WAN
* General IT Support

Essential Skills:

* Keen Interest in IT

* Willingness to learn new skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Investigative
* Adaptable
* Confident telephony / communication skills

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of Windows 7 & Windows 10
