£250 – £300 a day Umbrella (Inside IR35) DOE

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Team Leader to join the team of a public sector organisation based in Chichester.

*The candidate is expected to travel to Chichester once a week, the other days can be worked remotely.*

About the job
As Resourcing Team Leader you will be the SME, taking the lead on the day-to-day supervision of the Resourcing Advisors, managing the provision of resourcing requirements across a number of Directorates / Services, leading on all senior / executive level recruitment activity, and working proactively with HR colleagues and service leads to ensure that resourcing needs are identified and filled professionally.

You will work closely with the Resourcing Manager to look at the longer-term resourcing strategies and will role model a proactive approach to sourcing the best candidates, building resourcing pipelines and cutting recruitment costs.

What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will lead, coach and develop the team, bring new ideas on process improvements, use data to assess priorities and drive delivery, identify and rectify pipeline challenges and celebrate our achievements.

The individual will be able to work and multitask at pace whilst ensuring the team are equipped to source for Senior roles and deliver the day to day recruitment activity.

Extensive commercial background in recruitment, either in-house or agency, with a knowledge of attraction and selection processes and the ability to Job Description & Person Specification develop screening criteria and interview questions and champion the legal and ethical requirements in recruitment.
