Personal Assistant- £180 a day LTD- Milton Keynes- 6 month contract (option to extend)

My Client has released a fantastic opportunity to join their team in Milton Keynes on a contract basis. They are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide efficient and effective administrative support service to the Business Development Director, ensuring the smooth running of the office and enabling the Director and Senior Management Teams to prioritise and meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prioritise and organise tasks within time constraints and performance standards
* Arrange the purchase of stationery, refreshment supplies and ad hoc items and act as a liaison point for external suppliers. Raise purchase requisitions and ensure these are approved/signed for at the appropriate managerial level and in accordance with procedures and instructions
* Maintain directory of customer and other contact information and appropriate paper and electronic filing systems, ensuring ease of reference and compliance with access permissions and data protection guidance
* Monitor and sort written correspondence and e-mails for Business Development Director prioritising, annotating and forwarding as necessary
* Manage and control the Director’s diary, including arranging meetings, prioritising and delegating appointments to make best use of available time and provide appropriate desk time
* Co-ordinate all administrative arrangements for meetings: room bookings, preparation of agenda, travel & catering arrangements and minute taking when required
* Provide administrative support to other members of the Senior Management Teams as required

Essential:

* Positivity with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to deliver results and respond proactively to changing priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills including influencing skills to ensure direct reports and wider groups of stakeholders submit reports, briefings and relevant information on time
* Tact, confidentiality and discretion
* A keen eye for detail including the ability to manipulate financial data
* IT literate. High level of word-processing skill for generating routine correspondence and formatting reports, Excel skills for presentation of financial and workforce planning data and PowerPoint for preparing presentations

Will be based at Milton Keynes some travel to London site may be required on occasion. This position closes on Wednesday the 6th Feb @ 12pm
