Payroll & Pensions Consultant
Richmond, Remote | £34.82ph Umbrella | Initial 3 Month Contract | Start ASAP

We are recruiting on behalf of a social services organisation based in Richmond for an experienced HR professional to join them as a Payroll & Pensions Consultant.

Job Responsibilities

* Work with existing payroll provider to ensure transfer of data and calculations align within new system (and within our policy)
* Support design, testing and go live with processing all payroll and ensure expenses are inputted accurately
* Support employees and managers on the iTrent system including the creation of training handbooks
* Ensure analysis reports and project documentation are completed Review payroll and expenses reports/processes and ensure they are reported correctly
* Supporting the processing of starters and leavers whilst new service goes lives Working with finance teams and Pension bodies to ensure return are on time and accurate (LGPS, TPS, NHS)

Qualifications & Skills Required

* Minimum CIPD Level 3
* Extensive demonstrable HR experience working within a Payroll/benefits function
* System testing experience
* Knowledge and extensive use of iTrent system
* Able to attend the offices in Richmond on a hybrid basis.
