Admnistrative Officer- Part time -20-24 hours a week- Solihull- £21,500 FTE
Our client are a large manufacturer based in Solihull looking for an admin assistant for a part time role based in Solihull.
The role can be worked across 4 or 5 days.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative functions acrross the company including but not limited to;
-Dealing with correspondence, raising Purchase Order and supporting the approval processes
-booking meetings, arranging meeting rooms, invites etc.
-organising events
-ordering stationary, office equipment etc
– general adhoc admin duties
