Office Coordinator – Portsmouth – Immediate start- £9ph

We are currently looking to recruit a temporary Office Coordinator . The role will be responsible for organising the administrative activities that facilitate the smotth running of the Portsmouth office
This role calls for an organised individual with a personable and positive attitude. You will need to be approachable and able to prioritise your workload, as well as possessing the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Welcoming visitors and notifying relevant team members of their arrival
* Taking deliveries, receiving post and making arrangements for its distribution
* Organising visitor car parking spaces
* Ordering and maintaining a supply of stationery, furniture and other non-IT equipment
* Calculating and comparing costs for office supplies to achieve maximum value for money
* Organising confidential and other waste collection
* Point of contact for the cleaning Company
* Point of contact for all small office maintenance works
* Monitoring the condition of the office and maintain high standards
* First point of call for liaising with the building management company
* Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they’re observed
* Actioning findings from DSE assessments
* Act as a fire marshall and first aider
