STR Group are recruiting for an Admin Supervisor for a Charitable Organisation to be based in Lambeth, please see full details below
Length: 3 month contract, likely to extend
Start Date: 11/03
Hours per week – 25
* Provide admin assistance to the IT Team & Mgmt re: IT Procurement & IT Finance
* Coding and routing invoices for the IT Team Mgmt in V1 Finance System
* Raising Purchase Orders, on request, for stock and services with suppliers
* Processing and ordering end user IT stock with suppliers
* Ensure IT Procurement work queue is monitored
* Managing the handing out and recording of “loan IT Equipment”
* Other admin duties
