Navigation Systems Engineer – Malvern – Permanent – Full-Time – £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
STR Group are pleased to consider applications for the position of Navigation Systems Engineer working for our Defence client based in Malvern on a Permanent basis.

In order to be considered you will need to have the following experience and qualifications:
Previous experience across Navigational systems including GNSS products.
Strong systems design experience.
Degree in a science, engineering or maths subject or demonstrable equivalent experience.

We are also looking for the following desirable skills, but are not essential for the position;
Navigation system specification.
Navigation signal processing.
Multi-sensor navigation.
Robust navigation techniques.
Real Time Kinematic satellite navigation.
GNSS security.

Our client is currently expanding their team in Malvern and they are recruiting for a Navigation Systems Engineer to come work on their site. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the design and implementation of navigation systems including satellite navigation receivers. The successful candidate must be willing to undergo high level security clearance.
This is a Full-Time Permanent position working 37 hours per week in Malvern. The salary for this position is between £50,000 and £55,000 and is dependent on experience and suitability for the position.

37 hour working week – flexibility on offer as you do have to balance your personal life with work!
Pension – Our client will pay 1.5 times your personal contribution up to a maximum of 7%
