Information Governance Lead – Reading – 3 months – FT – £500 – £550 Umb

STR Group Services are working with a leading Government client based in Reading and we are recruiting for an Information Governance Lead on a 3 months contract, on a Full-Time basis.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following experience and skills;

5 years NHS organisational governance team leadership.
2+ examples of designing, gaining approval for and implementing changes within NHS organisational governance teams.
2+ years responsibility for NHS organisation performance reporting.
Highly experienced working in a complex matrixed and dispersed organisation.
A hands-on do-er who works effectively to clear objectives.
A leadership figure experienced working at a senior/Board/SMT level, and effective at all levels within an organisation.

Ideally, we are looking for the following desirable qualities, however these are not essential;

3+ years’ experience with a governance, business support and/or performance reporting function within NHS specialised commissioning.
Extensive track record of change management design and implementation.
Numerate and financially aware/capable.
Experienced working in a geographically dispersed National: Regional and/or Regional: Hub environment.

This role requires you to provide;

Leadership of a rapid review of the ‘Business Office’ responsibilities and resourcing at regional and Hub level.
Recommendations on immediate, practical and impactful improvements that can be introduced to significantly improve the services provided within current resources.
Oversight of initial ‘cycle’ of key processes.

Pay for this position is £500 to £550, Per Day – Umbrella
