If you are an experienced administrator looking for a role that’s a little different from the rest this could be the role for you. This role will see you managing the smooth transition of orders and services, working with established clients.
Make UK is the Manufacturers Organisation, where they encourage the development of manufacturing companies and represent their members. They cover HR and Legal support, Health and Safety, Training, and more.
Main duties of the role:
· Receive and manage bookings of HSS training requests
· Liaise with third party suppliers to source courses based on clients request
· Make practical arrangements for travel/venues as needed
· Issue calendar invites to confirm bookings
· Manage client relationship and expectations
The appropriate postholder will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively time keep.
