Are you a HR professional looking for the next step? We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a large automation company as an integral part of their HR function. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a company with large growth ambitions and work with a supportive team to set up a HR function in the Landshut/Munich offices.

**This role is currently based in Landshut but will be relocating to Munich in the near future, so Hybrid working is available until then.**

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

* Acting as the local HR lead for employees and actively support them on HR (i.e. people management, compensation and benefits, payroll, legal, HR processes etc.)
* Being responsible for the onboarding of new employees (administrative, working tools, planning, training etc.) and ensure smooth integration
* Managing workplace projects (working tools and equipment, training plan, organization of team building events etc.)
* Acting as the intermediary between employees and payroll & legal partners on administrative HR topics
* Ensuring HR processes and rules are compliant with European and German laws and regulations
* Adapting and improving processes to local standards
* Collaborating with global HR teams in various projects

To be suitable for this opportunity; the following skills/experience is required:

* Previous HR experience in a more senior role
* Effective partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholders
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
* Recognized skills in managing and supporting talent in different countries and culture
