HR Officer – Wakefield – Contract
STR are recruiting for a HR Officer to support a Local Authority in Wakefield on a contractual basis. You will be supporting the Children & Young People directorate achieve the outcomes outlined in the transformation plan that relate to HR.
Main responsibilities include:
* Working with HR Business Partners on providing timely business focused and professional advice
* Offer support on a range of HR and employment issues
* Work with Senior Managers, partner organisations and customers on a wide range of issues relating to workforce planning
* To support the development and delivery of a customer focused HR Service.
* Offer advice and implement new ways working
