HR Officer- £18ph Umbrella- Slough- Contract
My Client has released an exciting opportunity to join their team in Berkshire on a contract basis. The main purpose of the job is to contribute to the development of effective HR business partnerships through establishing good customer relationships, assessing and planning HR service requirements, organising and delivering good services.
Some Key Responsibilities:
– To provide advice and support in the delivery of effective HR services with regard to:
Employee Well being and Worklife balance
Recruitment, Selection and Retention
Equal Opportunities in Employment
– To undertake project and research work, provide advice; assist in training on the broad range of people management issues to support corporate and service requirements
– To assist in providing all contract administration services with the aim of issuing contracts of employments and undertaking the required recruitment checks as quickly as possible
– To coach and provide support to other HR staff and contribute to the HR services team
