Helpdesk Administrator – Exeter – 7-week contract – Full-Time – £10.00 (PAYE)

STR Group Services are working with a leading client based in Exeter and we are recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator on a 7-week contract, on a Full-Time basis.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Helpdesk Manager, the successful candidate will be co-ordinating a wide range of administrative tasks utilising the integrated workplace management solutions, resource booking modules, to provide first line support to the WPS Facilities Team.
We’re looking for someone who is:

* Qualified to GCSE level.
* Good communication skills and highly numerate.
* Already have or working towards a CIPS certificate level 3.
* Knowledge and experience of MS office IT packages.
* Previous experience of operating within Facilities Management or Property Services Function.
* Experienced in extracting information from databases for inclusion in repot packs for each other key areas within Property Services.
* Previous experience of operating within Facilities Management or Property Services Function.
* Ability quickly establish a rapport with business managers, teams and peers.
* Must have developed PC skills and have a good knowledge of IT packages including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
