Facilities Operations Administrator – London £22-24,000 + Benefits – Permanent

My client is a leading provider of Facilities Management Services and is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to support the management team with predominantly payroll, invoicing and billing.

Proficient in IT and ideally experienced with SAP you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, remain resilient and professional when handling complaints and possess a positive approach to your work.

Additionally, you will provide a broad range of duties from processing new starters and ensuring compliance to adhere to RTW, to maintaining financial records and the reporting of stock differences in support of the Account and Soft Services Managers.

Working on a dynamic contract with a technology company in Central London this role provides excellent opportunities for the right person to develop a career within a global leader of Facilities Management Services.
