SALARY: £60-£70 per hour (Self-employed)
HOURS: Part time (flexible)

The person required would ideally have:

* 10 years experience in the clinical field, working with complex health conditions such as; brain injuries, spinal injuries or catastrophic injuries
* Qualified as a Registered Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse and holds a current professional registration (adults and pediatric)
* Experience working in community-based settings with a strong understanding of patient rehabilitation and care packages
* The ability to prioritize workloads effectively
* Excellent communication and literacy skills, with a strong understanding of producing medical reports

The role would require you to:

* Visit and assess claimants that have sustained life changing injuries, and make recommendations for present and future care plans based on these assessments
* Write up clinical reports such as; immediate needs assessments, tissue viability reports, functional capacity evaluations, breach of duty reports (variant on your area of expertise)
* Discuss statements and opinions with other parties involved in the process. You may be required to attend Court to offer your professional judgement on cases
* Produce reports that work in compliance with Civil Procedure Rules Part 35

A large majority of work will be able to be done from home, however travel will be required in order to visit clients, so a driving license is necessary.
