ESB Developer- Gloucester- Cirencester- Permanent- £39k pa
Our client are a leading worldwide organisation currently experiencing high levels of growth and therefore looking for an ESB Developer.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development team to design, configure, code, test and implement appropriate solutions to customer requirements, following agile/SCRUM methods. You will ensure all work products are delivered in accordance with product, project, company quality standards and work procedures as defined within the company’s Business Management System.
Your main responsibilities as an ESB Developer will involve:
-Confer with business analysts, systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
-Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
-Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
-Consult with stakeholders about software system design and maintenance. Formally present new and revised software products to customers.
-Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
-Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
-Analyse information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.
-Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
-Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
Your skills and qualifications as an ESB Developer:
Degree/HND within a numerate subject, or equivalent experience.
One of the following – iWay Service Manager, Mule, Camel, Oracle Service Bus (OSB) or WS02
A working experience in Database Development
SQL & PL/SQL development experience
Understanding the basics use of BI tools
ERP Development Experience
