Customer Service Team Operative – Gloucester – £11.55 Per Hour Umbrella – 1 Year Contract

Our client is a large public sector organisation who require a Customer Service Operative to be the first point of contact service for a variety of internal and external customers, providing and efficient accurate and consistent level of customer service adhering to service delivery standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

*
Respond to calls from the Emergency Services and process.
*
Answering a high volume of calls within agreed targets.
*
Process calls, email and web requests.
*
General administration tasks.
*
Escalating customer queries/issues/complaints as appropriate.
*
Record and report any non-compliance issues to the Team Leader/Manager as soon as practicable.
*
Provide regular management information reports as and when required.
*
Attend meetings, training days and site visits as and when required and be involved in training new starters.
*
Develop a thorough understanding of all licences/permits/letters that are issued and managed by the Customer Service Team.
*
Able to support other key members of the Highways team in order to provide a high-class Service.

Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills, able to effectively prioritise and multi-task.
*
Customer focused and orientated.
*
Able to provide a high-level of customer service both to internal and external clients.
*
At times able to work in a highly pressurised/reactive environment.

Excellent data input skills.
