Customer Service Assistant – Edinburgh – 4 months – FT – £8.92 PAYE
STR Group Services are working with a leading Rail client based in Edinburgh and we are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant on a 4 months contract, on a Full-Time basis.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following experience and skills;
Experience caring for those with disabilities, whether in a care home or for a family member.
Experience of working in a customer service environment.
Confidence to deal with different situations with assertiveness.
Experience working in a team.
Ideally, we are looking for the following desirable qualities, however these are not essential;
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths.
This role involves shift work – earliest start being 6am, latest finish being 11pm. 12 hour shifts during weekend, 8 hour shifts during the week.
Pay for this position is £8.92 Per Hour – PAYE
