Customer Service Advisor
A client of ours in Wigan is looking for several Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team for a period of 2 months initially with a view to a more permanent position in time, they have a specialist range of bespoke delivery, in-home installation and assembly solutions.
Their Customer Service Advisors are passionate, knowledgeable, and focused on supporting their customers with a wide range of queries. Working in a multi-channel contact centre, they know how to ask the right questions and always strive to deliver solutions and flexibility.
Working hours vary and they are looking for people to work circa 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and Saturday between 8am -4.30pm (1 rest day in the week)
Duties/Typical Day:
* Call existing customers and book delivery dates to suit the customer and updating inhouse systems – for anyone who has an aptitude for more responsibility they could undertake some additional tasks around customer service on the inbound side
Essential Skills:

* Previous experience in a heavily phone based role
* IT/PC literacy generally – Microsoft Office, Outlook and bespoke in house systems
* Quick leaner
* Customer service minded
* Uses initiative
* You will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly.
* Confident communication skills and who are keen to be part of an ambitious team.
