My client is looking for an experienced Compliance & Risk Manager to join their management team at their offices based in North Dorset, Warminster and Wiltshire.

The Role:
Working collaboratively with the team, you will be responsible for key elements of compliance and financial risk management within the business including ensuring the Firm’s regulatory obligations and professional and practice standards remain compliant.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have sound experience of compliance and risk management within the legal sector and will be knowledgeable on SAR and AML along with other relevant legal, financial and data protection legislation and frameworks. You will be proficient at identifying and managing potential risks, putting timely, workable solutions in place and making recommendations for continuous improvement. You will also have experience with internal auditing.
You will be a people person who is positive, hands-on and both team and results focused with strong communication and organisational skills; coupled with a professional and friendly approach, thriving on working in a fast-paced team.
