Channel Development Manager – £42,000 per annum – Manchester – Contract until 30 June 2020

Our client is a global technology organisation who requires a Commercial and Distribution Manager to join a fast paced UK & Ireland Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

Channel Engagement

* Understanding each channel they operate in that best way to optimise their products for that channel
* Understanding their partners business and how to drive growth with them
* Promotional tracking and effectiveness
* Utilising partner marketing engines to promote

Category Leadership

* Competitor Insights
* Category Opportunities
* Product launches
* Investment Trade-off
* Promotional Framework

Performance Management

* Sell In/Sell Through Revenue attainment and forecast
* Category Scorecard

Business Development

* Reseller Engagement
* Education
* Public Sector
* Bundling activity
* Commercial
* Internal alignment

Requirements

* Experience in selling to commercial resellers
* Distribution or reseller experience
* Agile, Adaptable, energetic, knowledgeable and professional
* Proven track record of PC software, hardware, sales and relationship building
* Self-starter and determined operator.
* Role is 80% travel based throughought the UK and Midlands
