Case Manager (Housing/Income) – Initial 3 Month Contract – Taunton – £11.20ph Umbrella (Inside IR35)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join the Income Team of a public sector organisation based in Taunton. The team is responsible for collecting large amounts of income on behalf of my client. This specific role will be mostly focused on the Cashiers function of collecting Direct Debits and amending banking instructions.
This role is a great opportunity for an organised candidate with high attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload.

You will need to demonstrate outstanding levels of customer care, show time management and organisational skills.

Key duties will include:

* Generating reports and amending payment plans with a high level of accuracy.
* Processing and collecting Direct Debit payments for a range of functions including Council Tax, Business Rates & Rent.

Successful candidates will be expected to have experience working with Microsoft Office and be committed to service delivery and providing a quality service.
