We are working with a leading medical device / formulation company in the UK. We are looking to recruit an Associate Clinical Director based in Cambridgeshire.

Person Specification

In order to be considered for this position, you will need to hold either a Medical or Life Sciences degree with a preference for a Medical Doctor. You will have experience of working in the pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation field.

Ideally we are looking for an individual with experience within NDA / MAA submissions and review processes. Also experience of outsourcing and associated contractual and financial aspects of this.

Purpose of the role

To act as a Clinician for specified clinical programs, providing input to clinical development strategy and protocol design (in accordance with ICH/GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements and the companies SOPs) to agreed timelines and budget.
To ensure protocols within a clinical program (or group of programs) are aligned to the project team strategy and organizational goals.
To ensure the safety of all participants in the studies
To understand the emerging safety profile (and efficacy) of the companies products in order to put this into context with competitor products and programmes

Salary and Benefits

Salary is dependent on experience and suitability for the position and ranges between £50,000 and £60,000.
