Air Import / Export Support Administrator – Hounslow, Middlesex – Temp to Perm Contract – Full-Time – £9.13 p/hr – £11.05 p/hr (PAYE)

STR Group Services are working with a leading client based in Hounslow, Middlesex and we are recruiting for an Air Import / Export Support Administrator on a Temp to Perm contract, on a Full-Time basis.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have the following experience and skills;

Candidates must have previous experience working with a freight forwarding company.
Intermediate level in MS Excel – must have experience in the following; pivot tables, vlookups, summifs and formulaes.
Experience of completing general admin duties and offering general admin support.
Able to produce operational reports for use in Stakeholder meetings / reviews.
Awareness of KPI’s and able to produce KPI reports.
Confident and able to use initiative – Ensuring data capture is timely – confident enough to be able to work with business and chase managers for data.

Our client is looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible. This position is a temp to perm after circa 13 weeks. This is a Mon-Fri position working from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. The pay for this position is £9.13 p/hr to £11.05 p/hr as a (PAYE) candidate.
