Senior Administrator – Wakefield – Contract

STR Group are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join a local Authority in Wakefield on a contractual basis.

We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and can work independently and proactively as well as part of a team to provide the day to day line support and continuous development of the administrative staff.

You will be responsible for ensuring priorities and the needs of the service are met in providing a confidential and reliable administration and business support service.

Key Requirements

* Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
* Must be able to effectively manage and support a small team
* Be able to assist with developing efficient admin processes
* Excellent customer care and communication skills
* Experienced and confident minute taker and are able to use a laptop to take minutes at meetings.
* Accuracy and attention to detail
