Accounts Assistant – Sandy – 6 month contract – up to £17.50ph
STR Group are working with a large construction organisation to recruit for an Accounts Assistant to be based in Sandy.
You will be responsible for:
* Treasury bank transfers, other adhoc treasury support
* Daily bank downloads
* Direct debit transfer inputs
* Process payroll payments e.g. HMRC, BUPA, Aviva, L&G
* PO / AP query support for the business unit
* Weekly payment run and expense reviews and approvals
* Bank reconciliations including legacy bank rec preparation
* Supporting with payroll reconciliations
* Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Raising requisitions and goods receipting
* Can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management experience
* Confident and experienced at identifying issues for escalation and of dealing with these promptly to ensure satisfactory resolution
* Can demonstrate the ability to work to strict deadlines and can deliver high levels of service
