Accounting Assistant/Technician- Bournemouth- 3 Month Contract- £17ph Umbrella
Our client are a large public sector organisation currently looking for and Administration assistant to join them on a 3 month period during an exciting period of change.
These roles, while assisting the Management Accountants, will help ensure the financial controls and reporting, of existing services within the Development, Growth & Infrastructure and Housing & Communities areas, are delivered.
Job Responsibilities will include;
-Provide financial information and support to officers and other stakeholders, including the preparation and production of regular management statements.
-Ensure that financial information is available to complete returns within the timeframe set by the grant awarding department or body.
To be considered you will have;
-Experience of providing financial support at an appropriate level.
-Experience of working in Local Government finance.
-Experience of communicating financial information to Council officers and other Stakeholders.
-Experience in using a variety of financial packages e.g. Oracle.
