2nd line support engineer
2nd line support- 4 month contract- Nottingham- £14ph umbrella
Our client are a large public sector organisation looking for an experienced 2nd line support engineer in Nottingham.
– To carry out incident and problem diagnosis and resolution for Trust IT equipment and software in accordance with National, industry and Trust standards with a particular focus on ITIL IT Service Management.
-To provide 2nd line support for some parts of the data communications network, associated servers, clinical and corporate systems.
-Participate in the implementation and delivery of specific IT projects.
– Assist in the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate and up to date documentation and records relating to hardware, software, systems and operating processes and procedures Assist the Endpoint Team Leader with Incident, Problem and Change Management.
To be considered you will have;
-??????Significant experience in providing 1 st/2nd line ICT support in a large organisation
-??????Experience working in NHS specific ICT support Experience of using a Service Desk System to record Incidents and Service Requests from clients
-Experience in tacking a lead role in a small team of technical staff
