2nd Line Support – Contract – Until June 2022 – £35-45 per hour – Remote

Our client is a global leader in their field, they are looking for someone to join their team and assist with their customer support via Social Platforms. They are looking for someone who is able to support on technical platforms but able to do so using an array of social media, such as Twitter and community forums.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer queries within 24 hours of a customer posting this.
* Reduce the amount of case escalation required due to support given.
* Occasional incident report requirement.
* Answer customer technical questions regarding Intune, MDM Management, Windows 365
* Escalate support as and when needed for the customer
* Identify and analyze issues, patterns and trends in customer requests.

Skills:

* 1st or 2nd line support
* Ability to use social media platforms and forums
* Technical knowledge of Intune, Windows, M365 or Similar O365 products
* Proven track record of support on Microsoft Products
* Ability to learn new tools quickly
