SERVICE DESK ANALYST (2nd Line) MARLOW
STR Group are pleased to consider applications for the position of a Service Desk Analyst.

To be considered you will need to have the following experience and qualifications:

Required skills and experience:

A minimum of 3 years 2nd line support is essential.
Practical knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016.

Desirable skills and experience:

Practical knowledge of Server 2012 or 2016.
Knowledge of Cloud O365/M365.
Understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
Experience with Virtual Technologies such as VMWare or ESXi.
ITIL foundation certification.
Experience working within a structured service delivery framework.

Our client is a leading Aerospace supplier of critical control solutions in Dorset. We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst who will be providing IT support via telephone or in person for the resolution of network issues, software or hardware; carrying out fault finding for tech issues; working with external third party support team to resolve problems; interfacing with other IT service team; assist with IT related projects and travel to other Cobham regional sites as required (Marlow, Guildford, Chesham and Newmarket); and remediating issues and tape rotation.
