1st/2nd Line support- Contract- Christchurch – £16ph Umbrella
My Client has released an exciting opportunity to join their team in Christchurch on a contract basis.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
– To provide first and second line computer and telephone systems support, training and advice to the organisation’s computer users, and to be responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the organisation’s computer and telephone systems, as well as assist in the application of the Group IT strategy.
– Provide support for all mobile and smart phone users, including the operational effectiveness and security of the relevant back-office systems. To manage fault resolution in conjunction with internal and external support staff.
To be suitable for this opportunity; you must have
Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Windows and other operating systems as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office
Customer Service Background/Experience
Strong Customer Service Skills
