1st Line Support Engineer – Northampton – 1 month contract

STR Group are working on behalf of a large public sector client who are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to provide support to customers.


– To provide exceptional service at first line level
– Support users of desktop computer services, telephone systems, local and wide area networks,
-Ensure that Customers’ incidents and requests are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements.
-Providing a single point of contact for Customers by “owning” all customer communications.
-Maximise the productivity of the users, ensuring that IT services and systems are being used to the best advantage of the Organisation, in terms of cost and productivity.
