1st Line Support- £11-12ph Umbrella- Taunton- Contract

Key Responsibilities:
To deliver the ICT infrastructure support service to the Client
Data Storage
Telephone System
To deliver the ICT end user device support service to the Client
Desktop PCs
Other mobile devices
To ensure the Clientl’s external and internal security systems are regularly updated and operating correctly
To support the other members of the ICT service in the delivery of their duties

Specific for this job:

Providing first and second line support via helpdesk
PC & Laptop installation & support
Server support
Network troubleshooting and support
Security systems support
To undertake surveys of equipment and licences and maintain the ICT Asset Management Database and advise on any licence compliance issues
Any other reasonable duties of a similar nature requested by Management

Key Competencies:
1st and 2nd line ICT support delivery
Good communication skills
