Service Desk Officer – Rolling Contract – Southampton – Inside IR35 – £16.21 per hour

Our client is looking for someone to join the team in a 1st Line Support capacity. This is a rolling contract with a permanent position available at the end, should you do well in the role.

Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for all users.
* Answer phone queries from customers.
* Troubleshooting using tools provided.
* Escalate to 2nd line should it not be resolved at 1st line level.
* Setting up new starters, removing leavers and assisting with lost passwords.
