Service Desk Technician – 1st line support – Kingston – 6 month Contract

STR Group are recruiting for an experienced Service Desk technician to provide 1st Line support to a Local Authority in Kingston.

You will be working on a technical Service Desk providing first line customer support, by telephone and remote assistance, for approximately 10,000 staff and external partners in their use of software, hardware, systems and IT accounts.

Experience needed:

* Working with with ticket volumes of 12,000 per month
* Consistently meeting SLAs.
* Excellent customer service and communication
* Proven IT knowledge
